As we lead into this exciting new space, we are looking for energetic and adventurous people to join our fun team for the upcoming summer season.
We offer sea kayaking trips of 1 day in Milford Sound, NZ’s iconic tourist destination and up to 5 day kayaking and camping trips in Doubtful Sound, a more remote fiord that for us epitomises what Fiordland Wilderness is all about!

Sea Kayak Guides

Candidates for Guide positions must be experienced sea/white water kayakers preferably with tertiary education and NZOIA kayaking qualifications.
You need to be capable of independently leading groups of up to 8 people on kayaking and camping trips, be an excellent communicator, have a strong operational and safety focus, are team orientated and strive to resolve challenges when they arise……and of course you need the X-factor!
